Mr. Perkins is a co-founder and primarily responsible for running the financial aspects of the Company, including accounting, price structuring, planning, forecasting, and financing. Prior to UAI, Mr. Perkins held positions in the office equipment and software applications industries. He is a graduate of Idsall College in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Peskin is also a co-founder of the Company. Prior to UAI, Mr. Peskin held various sales positions in the furniture industry and with freight companies such as Purolator Courier Corporation, Consolidate Freightways, and Greyhound. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Mr. Brady joined UAI in 1992 shortly after the company was founded. He handles dealer services and is also heavily involved in collections and vehicle recovery. Before joining UAI Mr. Brady was Division President of NCC, LP—a tobacco, candy, and grocery wholesaler. Prior to NCC, LP, he was Group Vice President of the southeastern division of Purolator Courier Corporation. Mr. Brady is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Edmiston joined UAI in 2006. Mr. Edmiston brings a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years experience in automobile and consumer finance, including over 15 years specializing in the bulk purchase of automobile receivables. Mr. Edmiston’s background includes 14 years with Century Acceptance where he was Vice President of Operations.
